Who are the panellists?
Mark Jeynes leads CIL Management Consultants’ Education & Training Practice, with more than 20 years of international experience in strategy consulting (with a focus on the education sector), business leadership and entrepreneurship. He is also Co-Founder and Director of Inspiring Futures Education, which operates two international schools in the UK.
Simon Gluckstein is a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, with investment banking and corporate finance experience encompassing mergers, acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings. His experience covers all major education subsectors, from higher education and schools to vocational and professional training. He has acted on some of the largest education transactions in the UK.
Andrew Frame is a Director at Grant Thornton, advising on M&A deals including trade sales, private equity investments and exits, acquisition searches and fundraising. With a specific focus on education and training businesses, he works across the space covering early years, independent schools, FE, HE, tutoring, education support services, edtech and corporate training.
