Ali Aliev is Director of Business Development at NLCS International, where he leads global school expansion, franchise partnerships and investor engagement. With more than 25 years of international business development experience and over 150 projects delivered across 30+ countries, he has worked across education, retail and travel sectors, helping organisations achieve sustainable growth in complex international markets. A Cambridge MBA graduate, Ali has played a key role in the expansion of the NLCS brand internationally and was recognised as a finalist in the 2025 Education Investor Power List for his contribution to the education sector.
