Andrew Frame
Andrew is a director in Grant Thornton’s London and Gatwick corporate finance advisory teams. He speaks with businesses to understand their requirements and supports their strategic ambitions. He specialises in advising on M&A deals including trade sales, private equity investments and exits, acquisition searches and fundraising for businesses throughout their life cycle. He is part of the company’s business support services sector team, with a specific focus on education and training businesses, working across the sector covering early years, independent schools, further education, higher education, tutoring, education support services, ed tech and corporate training. Andrew understands the issues that affect clients across the sector and how they affect deals. He builds long-term relationships with clients, offering practical advice, helping them to achieve their strategic objectives. Andrew volunteers as a governor of Brackenbury Primary School and is a trustee of the music education charity Sound Connections.
