Caroline Cheale is currently a Divisional Managing Director at Supporting Education Group and will be stepping up to the group CEO role later this year.

Having joined the Group in September 1999, Caroline has helped to build and grow the educator workforce division, including some of the most recognised recruitment brands in the education sector (Teaching Personnel and Protocol Education) and high quality, public sector tuition solutions (Fleet Education Services, TpTutors, EdPlace). Caroline holds a BA (Hons) with QTS from an early career as a secondary school teacher and has an MBA in Business from Middlesex University.
