Clare is a sustainability leader with over 20 years' experience advising and delivering architectural projects.

She is also a lecturer of sustainable and biophilic architecture at De Montfort University and a visiting lecturer at Cardiff University

In 2014, Clare co-founded RCZM to promote building performance analysis to mitigate the impact of design on the environment and green infrastructure solutions with biophilic design to support wellbeing in learning environments, which was awarded the RHS Chelsea Gold Medal in 2021.
