Helen has worked in the nursery sector for 5+ years and during this time has acted for a number of nursery businesses both for sellers and for buyers. Most recently she was Head of Legal for Family First Nurseries and acted for them on their acquisitions of nursery businesses and also in relation to their day to day legal issues.
