Ioan is a specialist infrastructure projects lawyer with over 20 years experience advising on PFI/PF2 and other forms of PPP contracting arrangements.

Ioan has experience across all sectors and has been involved in most of the UK’s major national PPP initiatives – most recently providing advice for two projects delivered under the Welsh Government’s Mutual Investment Model programme. 

He takes a lead client relationship role, advising both public and private sector clients on the full range of issues affecting their operational PFI schemes. Ioan is also now actively providing strategic advice to public and private sector clients on their preparation for expiry/hand-back and for what comes next.
