Empowering education: Uniting investors and operators

Ivor chairs the firm’s education sector group which advises education providers throughout the Middle East on the full spectrum of legal issues arising in that sector. Ivor supports education providers on a wide range of legal issues including employment (tenure and academic freedom, drafting of policies, disciplinary proceedings, rationalisation programmes and termination agreements), setting up in the region and creative collaborative engagements between education providers and other stakeholders. He has an appreciation of the unique demands within the sector and a focus on finding practical solutions for education providers.
