Morgan works in Gerald Eve’s operational real estate department based in the West End of London, specialising in advising on valuation, acquisition and disposals advice in respect of educational, religious, healthcare and other institutional and operational properties. She also specialises in advising charities and religious orders on purchase and disposal, and compliance with the Charities Act requirements. Morgan’s experience has focused on ‘Red Book’ valuations for lenders, public sector/local authorities, listed companies, charities and private clients, for loan security, accounts, and acquisition/disposal purposes. Specialising in nurseries, schools, colleges, conferences, training centres, places of worship, and healthcare, she has valued across the UK. Morgan works with the National Autistic Society, Harpur Trust, Fennies Day Nurseries, OakNorth, Cynergy, and the Seventh-day Adventist Church, providing valuations, ensuring compliance with the Charities Act and delivering ongoing consultancy advice.
