Leading the Agenda for the Future of Education

Paul is a chartered architect (RIBA/ARB), RICS Fellow (FRICS) and chartered construction manager (MCIOB). At LocatED, Paul is leading the delivery of the Net Zero Accelerator Programme (NZAP), a programme to support schools to reach net zero by 2050.

Before his work for LocatED, Paul was a Development Director at Goldcrest Land where he led the delivery of sustainable development projects across London and the Southeast. He holds a Masters in Architecture from the Bartlett, UCL.

Paul is a member of the Government Property Sustainability Leadership Board and is a DfE Sustainability Champion.
