Paul Wilson FRICS is a highly-experienced programme and project director who specialises in the field of digital estates management within the education sector. As the chairman at Provelio, Paul has been instrumental in leading the company’s efforts to enhance digital estate solutions for large asset- and estate-owning organisations.

With over 30 years of experience providing project and estates management services to both private and public sector clients, Paul’s expertise includes developing long-term strategies for managing estates, identifying efficiencies day-to-day operations, and delivering capital programmes and projects.

Additionally, he has been actively engaged with the Association of University Directors of Estates (AUDE) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), delivering courses to promote strategic thinking within estates.
