Simon has more than 30 years’ investment banking and corporate finance experience encompassing mergers, acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings for a wide range of UK and international clients (both public and private), entrepreneurs and private equity firms. With a particular focus on the education and training sector for more than 17 years, he has advised on transactions covering all major subsectors, from schools, school services and ed tech to higher education, vocational and professional training. In the past three years alone, the Houlihan Lokey education and training team has completed more than 30 deals worldwide, including transactions in the UK, continental Europe, North America, Australia and Asia.
