Suzie is the founding principal of London Park Schools, set up in April 2023 to offer a more-student-centric and forward-thinking approach to education.

Suzie has helped to champion some of the most-exciting changes in British education and is a passionate advocate of student-led, experiential learning.

Her career spans single-sex, co-educational, day, and boarding schools including Shiplake College, Kingston Grammar School, and Putney High School, GDST, where she was director of sixth form and deputy head academic before becoming headmistress in 2014.

She is an Independent Schools Inspector and a governor of the Pointers School and Prospect House prep schools in London.
