Vipul Bhargava leads the global Education practice at Novistra Capital, advising K-12 and early years operators, investors, Edtech companies and other education players on cross-border expansion, M&A, and strategic growth. With more than 16 years of global education experience, he has supported institutions across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas with new market entry, acquisitions and divestments and strategic partnerships.  

Prior to Novistra, Vipul also served as an advisor to the UK Government, where he advised governments across the world on EdTech and K-12 policies, and helped steer the growth of UK education exports. Vipul also was a significant contributor to the UK Government’s first official EdTech strategy. 

Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Vipul held multiple corporate roles including Global Vice President at Education First (EF), helping scale its online English language learning business (one of the largest platforms at the time) across four continents; Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at UK-listed RM Education; Strategy Consultant at Marakon Associates. A recognised thought leader, Vipul is a frequent speaker at global education forums such as IPSEF and BETT. He holds an MBA from London Business School, as well as undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Technology Sydney and Delhi University.
